Effective 1/5/26, requests for accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) will be handled internally by our HRBP team instead of New York Life (NYL).
What You Need to Know:

Employees may submit a request for accommodation either verbally or in writing to anyone on your leadership team, an HR Business Partner, or via completion of an ADA Accommodation Request Form, located on the Benefits page of the Bridge.
- HRBPs will provide the requesting employee with a Medical Assessment Form to be completed by their treating provider.
- Once the completed form is reviewed, an HRBP will connect with the employee and manager to begin the interactive process.
Important Reminder
This change applies only to ADA accommodation requests. New York Life will continue to manage leave of absence requests, which should still be directed to NYL.
