HarmonyCares will confirm dates of employment, compensation and job title, only. Please refer any requests for employment verification to The Work Number via web or phone at 866-604-6572. The HarmonyCares employer code is 4636003.

Employees may not provide private or confidential information to anyone, regardless of status. Examples of inquiries an employee may encounter regarding a current or former employee are as follows:

• Employment status
• Date of Hire
• Date of Departure
• Income
• Work habits/performance
• Hours worked

Employees who receive such inquiries, or other similar requests, regarding current or former employees are required to refer the individual to The Work Number.
