All full-time employees who currently hold or are pursuing a professional license or certification, in accordance with the issuing authority, are eligible to participate in the reimbursement program.
Employees are responsible for maintaining all licenses and certifications as required for their position, in compliance with state and federal laws. Documentation of current licensure must be provided. In addition, employees are required to notify management in a timely manner of all licensure actions, inquiries and board of licensure/state investigations.
Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
· Must have completed ninety (90) days of active service and maintain eligibility (remain in good standing and are NOT in a contingent status or paid per visit)
· Reimbursement of the cost to renew state medical and DEA licenses for the state(s) in which services are provided for the Company
All other employees
· Must have completed ninety (90) days of continuous full-time employment and maintain eligibility (remain in good standing)
· Reimbursement of the cost to renew licenses and/or certifications is at the discretion of Operational Leadership
In order to be reimbursed, the employee should submit all expenses for reimbursement via Ramp for operational approval.
Final Step
After review and approval, employees are to upload their updated license and/or certification to MyADP. See the helpful guide to upload information to MyADP located within the Vantage Resources section of The Bridge.
